What can I say, I’m a sucker for good deals, information, and free samples/gifts. I can’t thank my friend Marie D’Urso enough for taking the time to help me learn all about doTerra essential oils and the miraculous benefits they have on our body and minds.

Coconut Oil – probably one of the best things for your body- great for skin and to use as a carrier oil for your essential oil blends! This huge tub was only 18 bucks from a Costco! That’s a steal!! I remember buying a small 14 fl oz sized jar a year ago for 12 bucks! You can’t even beat this deal! I plan on using this for multipurpose- you can cook and bake with it, clean teeth, use as carrier for lotions, scrubs, etc. this will last me forever! She also gave me some roller bottles to make some blends. She had me make one today that is great to act as an antihistamine since I have been suffering with allergies or some sort of head and sinus cold all week!

Antihistamine Recipe
6 drops of lemon doTerra Essential Oil
6 drops lavender doTerra Essential Oil
6 drops peppermint doTerra Essential Oil
Add all of those to 1 roller bottle.

Fill the rest with fractionated coconut oil (fractionated always stays liquid form).

Shake well and apply to areas to alleviate allergy symptoms. This antihistamine blend is great to roll on behind your ears, down your neck, and around your eyes (careful not to get too close or in the eyes) – great for alleviating itchiness and watering. (If you get the oils in your eyes, be sure to wash with a carrier oil such as olive oil, or more coconut oil… do not use water!)

Anyway, Marie gave me a few more roller bottles to make some other blends with. I’m so excited to try some other Roll-on blend recipes!

Also today, she gave me some other samples which I look forward to trying:
– On Guard Soft gels for when you’re feeling under the weather. This is an immune boosting supplement… the gels are filled with doTerra’s protective On Guard oil blend. This oil includes – Wild Orange Peel, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Leaf, and Rosemary Leaf/Flower.

– Mito 2 Max for a natural Energy Boost without feeling like you have to reach for the caffeine

– Breathe Vapor Stick– kinda like Vicks menthol rub, includes the doTerra “Breathe” blend.

– On Guard Throat Protecting Drops – for scratchy throat when you’re feeling under the weather. These throat drops are infused with the On Guard Protective Blend which includes the same oils as the On Guard Soft Gels listed above.

These are all things that I can’t wait to try out as they are geared specifically toward what ails me right now. I have already applied some of the antihistamine roll on as well as the breathe rub and it has the most soothing effect.

I’m really LOVING it so far..

I have already put my order for June in place which I’m excited for as well. I have decided to try the Vetiver for sleep aid, I got a whole breathe stick, and a lavender roll on.

Anyway, as a welcome gift for my membership, Marie also gave me a free 15 ml bottle Wild Orange which is great to add to a water spray bottle with some On Guard for cleaning surfaces and ridding of germs.

All in all I am SO excited to start on my journey with DoTerra and learn more about their amazing properties. I look forward to sharing my knowledge as well as trying to grow my income.

I can’t wait to document my whole DoTerra journey right here! I hope you join me in making your life so much more healthy and balanced using these miracle oils.
